Welcome to Little Blue Door. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

Little Blue Door is a privately owned short-term rental property.
The primary purpose of your stay is for temporary accommodation only.
The person making the booking (“the Guest”) must be at least 21 years old and accepts responsibility for all members of the party.

2. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.
Guests must provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
Prices are stated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the season or demand.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a [full/partial] refund.
No-shows or cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-days.

5. House Rules

By staying at Little Blue Door, you agree to follow these rules:

No smoking inside the property.
No pets unless agreed in advance.
No excessive noise.
No parties, or events unless agreed in advance.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
Guests must respect neighbours and the surrounding community.

6. Damages & Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
A security deposit of 50 Euros may be required if you are bringing pets, and will be refunded within 7-days after check-out, subject to inspection.

7. Liability

The Guest acknowledges that their stay is at their own risk.
Little Blue Door is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or damages incurred during the stay.
Guests must ensure the property is secured (doors/windows locked) when unattended.

8. Maintenance & Access

The host may enter the property for necessary repairs, maintenance, or emergencies, with prior notice where possible.
Guests must report any issues promptly to allow for timely resolution.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
